Jamestown Red & Green
The Red & Green started the year with a 2-1 record having a loss to St. Joe's in week 2. Weeks 4, 5, and 6 they would play Bennett, OP, and Lancaster and drop them by a combined 11 points. Since that night on Foyle-Kling Field, Jamestown has scored 152 points, given up 44 with 4 straight wins.
Jamestown will be playing the Lancaster Legends for the 4th time for the Section Championship game. They have met in 1994, 1995, and in 2000. Jamestown won each of those games and in each of those years they went on to win the State Championship.

Jamestown traveled to Buffalo to face the Bennett Tigers last week. They were able to go into the half with a 13-0 lead that they never gave up. Watch the game below:

Keep an eye on - Rush-Henrietta
The Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets are the Cinderella story coming out of Section V this year. They won their first game of the year against a Class A team and went 0-6 until a win in Week 8 against Pittsford.
They would face the top team the Fairport Red Raiders in the playoffs who were 7-1. They beat those Red Raiders 42-21 in that game at FHS, having 407 total yards on offense and only giving up 258 on defense. They would travel to downtown Rochester to meet UPrep last week and beat them 13-7.
This week they will be at Bob Boozer Field to meet Aquinas for the Section V Championship Friday Night at 7pm.
