Lancaster vs Frontier
Week 3 of the 2023 football season is here and Legends will be playing on Foyle-Kling Field and compete against the Frontier Falcons. Frontier is back in Class AA after being in Class A the last few years. This will be the first time the teams will be playing each other since April 30th, 2021 when they met in Week 5.

Last Time Out
Lancaster traveled to Riverside HS to meet Hutch Tech in the 2nd Class AA matchup of the year for the Legends. The visiting team scored early and often in this game as they would go in at the half 42-0. Lancaster would go on to win 49-22.
Frontier Falcons
Frontier has played Clarence and Orchard Park to start the season. They are 0-2 but have lost both games by a combined 4 points. They were leading Clarence at the half by 20-7 but would lose 30-27 after Clarence scored late in the 4th Q to go ahead.

Last Friday night they were at home against OP and gave the Quakers all they could handle as the teams went to OT tied at 28. Frontier would score first in the extra session and kick the extra-point to go up, 35-28. Orchard Park would score on the 1st play when they had the ball and went for 2 and picked it up, winning 36-35.

Class AA
In Class AA action this week, the Bennett Tigers will be welcoming the Orchard Park Quakers to All-High Stadium. Niagara Falls will be traveling to Riverside HS to play Hutch Tech as the Wolverines look for their first win of the season. Jamestown will be the team playing an out of league team when they travel to Williamsville to meet the Williamsville East Flames.
