Legends vs Red Devils
This Friday night the Lancaster Legends will meet the Clarence Red Devils in the Section VI Class AA Semifinals. This will be a rematch of a game that lasted 2 days just a few weeks ago at Clarence High School. The winner of this game will go to the Section VI Class AA Championship Game to be played at Highmark Stadium.
Last Time Out
The playoffs started for both Lancaster and Clarence at home last week. Lancaster met Hutch Tech and Niagara Falls traveled to Clarence High School. Both teams jumped out the early on the visiting teams were able to keep it going the rest of the game to earn their victories. Clarence would score 21 points in the 1st half and earned a shut out to win 35-0. They used the run game to move the ball having totaled 290 yards on the ground. Read about the Clarence/Niagara Falls game.
2021 Lancaster Legends Football Team
No matter the outcome Friday night, this will be the last time the 2021 Lancaster Legends football team will play at Foyle-Kling Field this season. The Seniors on the team were recognized before the Williamsville North game on October 8th. In one of the biggest surprises all year, one senior had his father come back to be part of his night.
