Last Time Out
The Legends traveled south to Jamestown, NY to play the Red and Green at Strider Field.
Jamestown scored first to go up 7-0. The Legends came back on the next drive and took the ball down the field. The Lancaster RB crossed the goal line.
The Red and Green took the ball and drove the field themselves and scored to make it 13-7.

The very next drive, the Legends moved down the field and scored on a pass to make it 14-13 at the half.
The start of the 2nd half, Lancaster would again move the ball and score on a QB run up the middle. The PAT would result in a penalty and the ball moved closer to the endzone. Lancaster took off their kick team and went for 2 which was stopped.

Jamestown was forced to punt on their next drive and Lancaster was set up at the Jamestown's 44 yard line. The drive resulted in another QB run and TD, 26-13, PAT was missed.
The Legends stopped the next drive by the Red and Green and took over at their own 39 yard line. The drive went into the 4th Quarter with Lancaster moving within the 5 yard line.

The 4th Quarter was a big change in momentum. Jamestown would pick up a fumble and get the ball into the endzone to bring the score to 26-20. The next Lancaster drive would result in a punt and the return was run back to the 1. The Red and Green scored but missed the PAT, 26-26 with little time left on the clock.
Lancaster's offense went on the field and a turnover resulted in a Jamestown TD.

The Legends will be home at Foyle-Kling Field after being on the road last week when they welcome the Hutch Tech Engineers.
Class AA
Week 4 of 2025 will see Bennett play a Class A team, Clarence. Lockport welcoming the Wolverines of Niagara Falls on Saturday afternoon. Jamestown will travel to Orchard Park on Saturday as well to take on the Quakers. This game will have big implications for Class AA this year as a Jamestown win knocks OP into 2 losses and they keep pace with the Tigers. An OP win will bring Jamestown potentially tied at 2nd with many other teams. The recent games between the teams have gone back and forth, check it out below:

Keep an eye on - McKinley Macks
The Legends made a come back in Week 1 against the McKinley Macks in Overtime. Since that game, they have been on a tear. They played Amherst who they beat 66-14 and last week they won 54-8 over Hamburg. Take a look at the Hamburg game below:
